Further trip information

Monday to Friday

7:45am – 8:30am: Sunrise yoga session

All days here begin with an energising yoga flow. Stretch your muscles and wake your body up, ready for training.

8.30am – 9am: Healthy snack

Refuel after your morning yoga flow, with a healthy snack of fruit and water (you’ll be served a full breakfast after the 9 – 10am training session).

9am – 10am: High-intensity training sessions

Get ready to work hard! Our amazing instructors have designed the workout to end all workouts (tailored to your individual fitness level). Transform your body with cardio conditioning exercises that really get results. Sessions take place in different locations, from the national park to the grounds of the bootcamp. Expect your fitness levels to increase rapidly.

10am - 11am: Breakfast is served

Enjoy a delicious healthy breakfast and some downtime (you’ve earned it!) It’s a mouth-watering spread and includes fruit, yogurt, cereal, toast, and eggs.

11am – 12:30pm: Beach chill

We’re lucky enough to be a short stroll from some of the island’s most beautiful beaches, so hit the sand and chillax, or keep your heart rate up with some swimming or a round of beach volleyball! You can use our stand-up paddleboards any time you like, so grab a board and head for the water!

2pm – 3pm: Buffet lunch

Dry off and get stuck into a nutritious buffet lunch.

3pm – 6pm: Free time or optional kitesurfing

After all that hard work, it’s time to chill out. Explore the area, join one of our epic hikes, chill on the roof terrace, or discover some of the area’s stunning towns, including ancient Pollenca, which is easily reached by taxi.

6pm – 7pm: High intensity training sessions or trekking

We’re not quite done yet - there’s one last group training session to go! Tuesday to Thursday, it’s high-intensity training. On Mondays and Fridays, you’ll have the opportunity to do a nature trek.

7pm: Get ready for dinner

Time to make our way back to our rooms to freshen up, shower off and get ready to head out with the group for dinner.

Please note: Schedule times and classes can vary. The schedule differs in March, April, and October due to differences in weather and daylight hours.

Saturday

Take the opportunity for a weekend lie-in, or if you’re an early riser, why not start the day with a sunrise SUP session? How you spend the rest of the day is up to you.

There are lots of optional excursions on offer (some free and some at an extra cost). These include:

  • Speedboat hire: 4 hours hire, min four people per boat (includes captain and fuel).
  • Formentor excursion: 25-minute trip on a glass bottom boat to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, with impressive views (ticket is open so you can come back at a time that suits you).
  • Formentor look-out: See the best of Majorca’s rugged coastline with a visit to this World Heritage Site for some of the most dramatic clifftop views you’ve seen in your life.
  • Waterpark excursion: Who doesn’t love a waterpark? Get wet and wild at one of Majorca’s finest (entrance fee not included).
  • Pirate boat experience: Enjoy five hours exploring secluded coves, dazzling beaches, and the stunning coastline on a pirate cruiser (includes snorkelling equipment and lunch).

Please note: Meals aren’t included at weekends, so you’ll need to arrange your own. You’re spoilt for choice for eateries in the local area and it’s a great opportunity to sample some of the local cuisine.

Sunday (check-out day)

If you’re leaving today, you’ll need to check out of your room by 10am, but you’re welcome to chill at the hotel if your flight isn’t until later in the day. Say goodbye to your fitness friends and hello to the new, fitter you! If you’re staying on for another week, today’s yours to spend as you choose. Relax on the beach, take a day trip, or spend some more time exploring the island.

Accommodation & meals

Accommodation

Our awesome fitness bootcamp is in the north of the island, within easy striking distance of a stunning world heritage site, the pretty seaside town of Cala Sant Vincent, and a national park. You’re just a short walk from three of the island’s gorgeous beaches, and the ancient town of Pollenca (which is larger and has more amenities than Cala Sant Vincent) is an easy drive.

Our accommodation is traditional Majorcan style. Most rooms are on a twin share basis, with all twin rooms having ensuite, fans and a balcony. There’s one 4-bed dorm room as well, but this one’s female only – sorry guys! Your rooms are right next to the training areas, so you can just roll out of bed before starting your first sweat sesh of the day. When you’re not working out, there are tons of spaces to relax, including a lounge area, communal balcony and a rooftop terrace with ocean views – nice! If you need to get some work done while you’re on your trip, we’ve got co-working spaces in the lounge available too, and there’s free Wi-Fi.

Meal

Breakfast and lunch are included from Monday to Friday. You’ll need to arrange dinners and weekend meals yourself. With plenty of options in the local area, for all budgets and tastes, you’ll have no problem finding dining options to suit you.

Two drinks packages are offered at the camp. We’re committed to keeping the impact on the environment low and there is an unlimited water package (€10 per stay paid locally), which means you do not have to buy any single use plastic water bottles. (Please bring your own water bottle with you). Or you can opt for the €25 per week unlimited drinks package which includes tea, coffee, juices, virgin cocktails, fruit infused water and one protein shake a day.

Minimum age & eligibility

You’ll need to be a minimum of 18 years old to participate in this trip. This trip is open to all fitness levels.
