Further trip information

Set in the north of gorgeous Majorca, this programme is the perfect way to kickstart a new, healthier lifestyle, while having fun in the sun. Stay for 1 – 4 weeks and enjoy a total fitness transformation.

About the location

You’ll stay in in our awesome beach house between the beautiful bay of Pollença, and several spectacular national parks. Just a short bike ride from some of the island’s best beaches and the lively seaside town of Port de Pollença, you’re perfectly positioned to enjoy everything Majorca has to offer.

About the training Sessions

Our expert trainers deliver dynamic sessions in a range of beautiful outdoor settings. Sometimes you’ll be working out in a national park, sometimes in the training areas at the beach house and often (our favourite) you’ll be breaking a sweat on the beach, where you can cool off in the sparkling Mediterranean Sea after the session. Training sessions are tailored to suit you, so no matter what your fitness level is, this is the trip for you.

A typical week’s itinerary looks like this:

Sunday (arrival day)

Arrive in Palma de Mallorca before transferring to Alcudia, where you’ll either get a taxi to the beach house, or one of the team will pick you up. Check in, chill at the villa, or hit the ocean for a stand-up paddle-board session. When the sun goes down, get to know the rest of your group over dinner at a local restaurant.

  • 8:30am – Healthy snack
  • 9am to 10am - High-intensity training fitness sessions
  • 10am to 11am - Breakfast
  • 11am to 12pm – Stand-up paddle-boarding
  • 2pm to 2:45pm - Buffet lunch
  • 2:45pm to 4pm - Free time on the beach
  • 4pm to 6pm - Optional jog or bike circuits
  • 6pm to 7pm - Beach training, high-intensity training or volleyball sessions
  • 7pm - Back to the beach house

Saturday

Saturday’s yours to either chill on the beach or join one of the optional excursions on offer. These include speed boat hire, a boat trip to Formentor, a visit to Formentor viewpoint, a water park excursion and a pirate boat experience!

Sunday (check-out day)

If you’re checking out today, we’ve loved having you! While you’ll need to leave your room by 10am, you’re welcome to use the beach house’s facilities until your flight leaves. If you’re staying for another week, just kick back and relax!

Arrival information

You will need to fly into Palma de Mallorca Airport on your start date and catch the direct bus service to the nearby town of Alcudia. It is called the A32 Can Picafort - Platja Muro/Alcudia - Aeroport service. It takes approximately one hour and costs approximately £8. Tickets are bought directly from the bus driver.

If you arrive into Alcudia between 12pm and 5pm a member of the local team will collect you from Alcudia bus station holding a sign with your name on. If you arrive outside of these times then a taxi to the accommodation is around £5.

A return airport transfer is not included but the local team can help you arrange the bus back to the airport for around £8.

Accommodation & meals

Accommodation

You’ll be staying in a beautiful beach house apartment, right by the sea. Rooms are shared dorms of around 2 to 4 people and have fans (single or double rooms may be available at an additional cost – ask your travel adviser for more information). The local town and sunbathing beaches are a short 1km stroll away.

The accommodation is located right next to the training areas, so you can just roll out of bed and start your workout. The apartment is a great place to relax when you’re not training. There’s a rooftop terrace with views of the ocean, plenty of chillout areas and free Wi-Fi.

Meal

Breakfast and lunch are included from Monday to Friday. You’ll need to arrange dinners and weekend meals yourself. With plenty of options in the local area, for all budgets and tastes, you’ll have no problem finding dining options to suit you.

Two drinks packages are offered at the camp. We’re committed to keeping the impact on the environment low and there is an unlimited water package (€10 per stay paid locally), which means you do not have to buy any single use plastic water bottles. (Please bring your own water bottle with you). Or you can opt for the €25 per week unlimited drinks package which includes tea, coffee, juices, virgin cocktails, fruit infused water and one protein shake a day.

Minimum age & eligibility

You’ll need to be a minimum of 18 years old to participate in this trip. This trip is open to all fitness levels.

Covid safety

This trip is designed with your safety and wellbeing in mind. As a result of Covid-19, many of our suppliers and partners around the world are introducing new policies and procedures surrounding health and safety in response to the Coronavirus outbreak. As the state of travel is evolving these new safety measures will adapt over time, and will be different for each trip. Here are some of the changes you may see on your trip:

Arrival safety meetings
Most trips have an arrival meeting on the first day where the guide or local team will run through the trip, the safety protocols, and to answer any questions you may have. Now more than ever it is important you arrive in time for these meetings.

Proof of vaccination or negative covid test
For the safety of all travellers, at the start of some trips you may be required to show evidence that you are fully vaccinated (14 days after your second dose) and/or show evidence of a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours of the tour start date in order to join the programme.

Updated hygiene and safety procedures
Our suppliers and partners have health and safety procedures in place on all of our trips. These protocols will be updated and adapted as a response to the Coronavirus outbreak, dependent on local restrictions and laws.

Transport and accommodation choices
Our suppliers and partners choose the accommodation and transport on our trips very carefully, and you may see a change to what would normally be used as a response to the outbreak. This may involve such changes as enhanced use of private transport or quieter accommodation.

Trained and knowledgeable staff
Our staff in the UK are trained to help you with your trip before you depart and answer any questions you may have. In addition, the local team and guides on our trips are there to help with any health and safety concerns and to ensure our trips run safely and smoothly.

Reduced group sizes
Some trips will run with reduced group sizes to start with. You may find that trips are more intimate and chilled, whilst still being packed with fun and adventure.

Healthcare
Your guide or the local team will be on hand to help you seek medical attention should you require it during your trip. As medical facilities and standards can vary around the world, you should ensure you have adequate travel insurance in place before you depart to cover you for any medical emergencies.

24/7 emergency support
We operate an emergency phone line for our travellers abroad. This is operated by a UK based member of staff 24/7 if you have a genuine emergency or urgent matter that you need attending.

It is important that you take measures to make travelling safer for yourself and others around you. Ensure you frequently wash your hands, cover your face when you sneeze and cough, bring and use your own hand sanitiser and facial coverings/masks, and enable social distancing where necessary. You should also ensure you listen to the instructions and guidance of the local team at all times, and follow all local laws and restrictions.
