Take a boat tour to the Gili Islands

With the perfect combo of beach and party time, our Bali Intro tour is a little slice of heaven. Explore white sand beaches and snorkel over rainbow-coloured reefs by day and sip cocktails in swanky beach clubs and dance under the stars by night. We’ll take you to all of Bali’s best bits, from boho Canggu and laid-back Lovina to leafy Ubud and the postcard-perfect Gili Islands. You’ll feed wild monkeys, see dolphins in the wild, learn to surf, hike up a volcano for sunrise and explore tropical islands by bike. Oh, and did we mention the two nights in an exclusive villa with infinity pool? It doesn’t get better than this.

Further trip information

Day 1: Denpasar to Canggu. Well hello Bali! Jet into Denpasar Airport where you’ll be transferred to our stylish guesthouse, just a stone’s throw from Canggu’s golden sands. Hit the beach or relax by the pool before meeting the rest of your group tonight and heading out for drinks at one of the laid-back beach bars.

Day 2: Temples & beach clubs. Channel your spiritual side this morning with a visit to a stunning local temple. Take in ocean views and wander through peaceful gardens before heading back to the hotel for another date with the beach. Tonight, party the night away in one of Canggu’s epic beach clubs.

Day 3: Canggu surf lesson. One of the world’s best surfing destinations, there’s no better place to learn to surf than Canggu. Take a lesson in riding the rollers with our local Balinese instructors and spend the rest of the day putting your new skills into practice in the turquoise sea.

Day 4: Canggu to Lovina. Head north today to the sleepy fishing village of Lovina with a stop en route at two of Bali’s most amazing ancient temples and an incredible waterfall where we’ll take a dip. Then drop your bags in our luxury private villa before diving into the infinity pool.

Day 5: Lovina dolphins & local culture. Enjoy breakfast on the beach before boarding our traditional outrigger boat for a dolphin-spotting adventure! Watching them play in the waves is an experience you’ll never forget. Back on dry land, pay a visit to a local home for a lesson in Balinese basket weaving and lunch with your hosts.

Day 6: Lovina to the Gili Islands. Lovina, you’ve been great, but paradise is calling! A fast ferry takes us to the idyllic island of Gili Trawangan, where we’ll spend the afternoon chilling on the postcard-perfect beach before a night of drinking and dancing under the stars.

Day 7: Gili Trawangan bike tour. With no motorised vehicles allowed on the island, bike is hands down the best way to explore Gili. Saddle up and hop from one gorgeous beach after another.

Day 8: Gili Islands boat trip. Today’s a special one as we take a boat tour around all three gorgeous Gili Islands. Bliss out on pristine beaches, snorkel with thousands of tropical fish, and laze in the sun on deck. Tonight, we’ll share a delish group dinner before making the most of our last night in those beach bars.

Day 9: Gili T to Ubud (12-day tour only). If you’ve booked the 9-day tour, your trip ends today on Gili T. Your guide can help you arrange your transfer back to Denpasar Airport. If you’ve booked the 12-day trip you’ll jump on a ferry back to Bali, where we’re headed to the leafy town of Ubud in the heart of the island.

Day 10 (12-day tour only): Ubud Monkey Forest. Meet Ubud’s cheekiest locals at an incredible temple which is home to hundreds of wild monkeys (hold onto your snacks – we did say they’re cheeky!) Spend the rest of the day exploring Ubud’s temples, artisan shops and cafes or kicking back by the hotel pool – and relaxxxx.

Day 11 (12-day tour only): Sunrise volcano trek & massage. Head out early for an unforgettable trek up Mount Batur, arriving at the summit in time for sunrise. Enjoy a mouth-watering breakfast cooked using the natural heat from the volcano before heading back to Ubud in time for a Balinese massage to ease your muscles post hike.

Day 12: (12-day tour only): Trip end. Your amazing adventure ends today in Ubud and it’s time to say goodbye to your new friends and head home. Your guide can help you arrange your travel back to Denpasar Airport, or you can stay on and enjoy even more time in beautiful Bali.
