The perfect mix of wellness activities, culture and relaxation, we’ll go from traditional temples and vibrant markets to high-octane Muay Thai classes, HIIT workouts and epic bike rides. There’s plenty of time to chill too, with sunset yoga sessions, Thai massage and an incredible day at a spa retreat. Split your time between bustling Bangkok and the golden sands of Koh Phangan and Koh Tao. Packed with memorable moments, spiritual experiences and endorphin-inducing activities, you’ll come home feeling energised inside and out.

Day 1: Arrive in Bangkok. Welcome to Thailand! We’ll pick you up from the airport and take you to your city centre hotel. Chillax after the flight or get straight out into the city. Tonight, you’ll meet your travel crew over a welcome dinner, before checking out the local markets.
Day 2: Muay Thai & Temple Visits. Hit the local gym and work up a sweat as you have a go at Thailand’s national sport – Muay Thai! Then freshen up before visiting must-see temple Wat Pho with its massive reclining Buddha. This evening we’re treating you to a traditional Thai massage.
Day 3: Koh Phangan. Catch up on some zzzs, grab some breakfast, or grab a bargain from the market this morn. Next up it’s a short flight followed by a ferry to the paradise island of Koh Phangan. Spend the afternoon chilling under a palm tree before getting your zen on with a sunset yoga sesh.
Day 4: Phangan Bike Tour. Hop on your bike and get ready to explore the more authentic side of the island. Ride lush jungle trails, and quiet roads, passing coconut plantations, rustic villages and Thong Sala’s Old Town. After a long day of riding, relax on the beach with a beer (or a smoothie) as the sun goes down.
Day 5: Phangan Spa Day. Today is all about chilling out in paradise. We’ve got a full day at a spa retreat. Think yoga classes, meditation, dance, sound baths, sauna sessions and blissing out by the pool. (Oh, and don’t miss the fruit shakes – they’re delish!)
Day 6: HIIT, Koh Tao & Paddleboarding. Start the day in a high energy way with a HIIT workout before hopping on the ferry to Koh Tao. Spend the afternoon relaxing on the sands before sunset paddleboarding on Sairee Beach – lush!
Day 7: Snorkelling Boat Trip. It’s another early start with a sunrise pilates session followed by an epic boat trip. Stop at the best beaches and snorkelling spots (keep your eyes peeled for turtles!) and trek to Koh Nang Yuan’s jaw-dropping viewpoint.
Day 8: Muay Thai & Viewpoint Trek. Put your Muay Thai moves to the test with another martial arts class, before hiking up to the best viewpoint on Koh Tao. Then relax on Freedom Beach before a final group dinner and cocktails (or mocktails) at a funky beach bar.
Day 9: Trip End. Time to say jur gan (that’s goodbye in Thai) to your travel buddies and head home. Your group leader will be happy to help with your onward travel arrangements – see you next time!

Arrive in Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) on day 1. We’ll meet you at the airport and transfer you to your starting accommodation in the city.
Your trip ends on Koh Tao on day 9. You’ll need to make your own way back to the airport. You can take a short ferry ride to Koh Samui and then take a flight to Bangkok, or you can catch a ferry to the Thai mainland and fly from Surat Thani. Alternatively, take a ferry to the mainland and then an overnight train to Bangkok.
Please leave plenty of time when booking your transfers – unexpected delays can often occur. We recommend that the earliest you book a flight home, if catching an internal flight from Koh Samui, is 2pm on day 9. If you are flying from Surat Thani you should book a later flight.
8 nights of twin-share accommodation are included in this trip.
1 breakfast, 2 lunches and 1 dinner are also included. The rest of the meals will be purchased locally, and this gives you maximum flexibility to explore the local cuisine.
Minimum age for this trip is 18.
Although this is an active trip, all workouts and activites can be tailored to individual fitness levels so they can be as hard or as easy as you want. We get people of all levels of fitness joint this trip.
British nationals arriving by land or air can remain in the country for a maximum of 30 days. If you wish to spend longer in Thailand you should apply for a 60 day tourist visa before you leave the UK. It’s your responsibility to obtain the necessary visas for your time away. Visa, passport and entry requirements are subject to change without prior notice, so please do check requirements at the time of your trip.
This trip is designed with your safety and wellbeing in mind. As a result of Covid-19, many of our suppliers and partners around the world are introducing new policies and procedures surrounding health and safety in response to the Coronavirus outbreak. Arrival safety meetings
Most trips have an arrival meeting on the first day where the guide or local team will run through the trip, the safety protocols, and to answer any questions you may have. Now more than ever it is important you arrive in time for these meetings.
Proof of vaccination or negative covid test
For the safety of all travellers, at the start of some trips you may be required to show evidence that you are fully vaccinated (14 days after your second dose) and/or show evidence of a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours of the tour start date in order to join the programme.
Updated hygiene and safety procedures
Our suppliers and partners have health and safety procedures in place on all of our trips. These protocols will be updated and adapted as a response to the Coronavirus outbreak, dependent on local restrictions and laws.
Transport and accommodation choices
Our suppliers and partners choose the accommodation and transport on our trips very carefully, and you may see a change to what would normally be used as a response to the outbreak. This may involve such changes as enhanced use of private transport or quieter accommodation.
Trained and knowledgeable staff
Our staff in the UK are trained to help you with your trip before you depart and answer any questions you may have. In addition, the local team and guides on our trips are there to help with any health and safety concerns and to ensure our trips run safely and smoothly.
Reduced group sizes
Some trips will run with reduced group sizes to start with. You may find that trips are more intimate and chilled, whilst still being packed with fun and adventure.
Your guide or the local team will be on hand to help you seek medical attention should you require it during your trip. As medical facilities and standards can vary around the world, you should ensure you have adequate travel insurance in place before you depart to cover you for any medical emergencies.
24/7 emergency support
We operate an emergency phone line for our travellers abroad. This is operated by a UK based member of staff 24/7 if you have a genuine emergency or urgent matter that you need attending.
It is important that you take measures to make travelling safer for yourself and others around you. Ensure you frequently wash your hands, cover your face when you sneeze and cough, bring and use your own hand sanitiser and facial coverings/masks, and enable social distancing where necessary. You should also ensure you listen to the instructions and guidance of the local team at all times, and follow all local laws and restrictions.
